Terms of Service

Orders

All Lynn Bug’s Custom Keepsakes products are made to order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice, though confirmed orders are honored at the price you paid.

Photos and content

You confirm you own the photos you upload or have permission to use them. We reserve the right to decline any order containing content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringing.

Proofs and approvals

Event and designed orders include a digital proof. Production begins after you approve it, and turnaround times are counted from approval.

Events

All events require a minimum of 30 days notice to book. Event dates are not reserved until confirmed with Lynn Bug’s Custom Keepsakes. A deposit may be required to hold a date.

Color and print

Colors may appear slightly different on screen than they do in print. We always print for the truest, warmest result.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
