How do I upload my photo?

Choose your product, then drag and drop your photos into the upload area or tap 'Choose Photos' to pick from your phone's camera roll or take a new one. You'll see a preview of each photo before you add the item to your cart.

What photo quality do I need?

Bright, in-focus photos work best. Anything around 1000×1000 pixels or larger will print beautifully. Please avoid heavily zoomed screenshots or photos saved from social media, since those are often compressed.

Can I use pictures from my phone?

Absolutely — most of our orders come straight from phones. Send the original photo rather than a screenshot whenever you can.

Can I order different photos in one pack?

Yes! Every multipack can be a mix of different photos. Just upload one photo per magnet and we'll match them up in order.

Can you crop or adjust my photo?

We carefully crop and color-balance every photo for the best magnet layout at no extra charge. If you want a specific crop, tell us in the notes box on the product page.

Every magnet is made with our Premium Glossy Photo Magnet Finish — it is the only finish we offer, so your colors always print rich and vibrant.

Every magnet is a glossy 2.5" square. Glossy Square Custom Photo Magnets are the only shape we offer right now, so every order prints consistently.

How long does my order take?

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days after photo approval. Event and proofed orders take 10–14 business days. Exact timing is listed on every product page.

Do you ship?

Yes, we ship nationwide with tracking. Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout, and local pickup or market pickup is always free.

Can I pick up at a market?

Yes. Choose 'Market Pickup' at checkout and select the market you'd like to collect from. We'll bring your order to the booth in a labeled envelope.

Can I order magnets for my wedding or event?

Yes. We deliver and set up a simple self-serve magnet table with a QR-code sign and sample magnets before your celebration. Guests scan, upload a photo and order from their phones, and we make and ship each magnet after the event.

How far in advance should I book an event?

All events require a minimum of 30 days notice to book. For weddings, 3–6 months is ideal. Event dates are not reserved until confirmed with Lynn Bug’s Custom Keepsakes.

Can I use a business logo?

Yes. Upload a high-resolution logo file (PNG with transparency is perfect) on the Custom Business Logo Magnets product page.
