Turnaround

Standard orders are produced in 5–7 business days after photo approval. Event orders and anything requiring a design proof take 10–14 business days. Exact timing is listed on each product page.

Shipping

• Flat-rate tracked shipping within the United States, calculated at checkout.
• Tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves us.
• Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Market pickup

Market pickup is always free. Choose market pickup at checkout and we'll bring your order to our Du Quoin, Illinois market on Sunday, October 4, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, in a labeled envelope.

Local pickup

Local pickup in Southern Illinois + surrounding areas (shipping nationwide) is free. We'll email you as soon as your order is ready along with pickup details.

Event delivery

Event orders are delivered or set up according to the schedule agreed in your quote, typically 10 days before the event. Self-serve event tables are delivered and set up before your celebration; guest orders are made after the event and shipped directly to each customer.
