Photo Upload Policy

You own your photos

Customers retain full ownership of every photo they upload. Uploading a photo to Lynn Bug’s Custom Keepsakes does not transfer any rights to us.

Permission to use

By uploading, customers confirm they have permission to use the images they submit — for example, that they took the photo, own it, or have the photographer's or subject's consent. Professional portraits often require written permission from the photographer.

How we use your photos

Lynn Bug’s Custom Keepsakes uses submitted photos only to complete your order, unless permission is separately given by you in writing.

Marketing

Photos are handled with care and are never used in marketing, on social media, or in product samples without your explicit permission. If we'd love to share something, we'll ask first — and "no" is a perfectly good answer.

Storage, retention and deletion

Editable section — adjust these timeframes to match your process.

• Uploaded photos are stored securely and accessed only by Lynn Bug’s Custom Keepsakes.
• Photos are kept for 90 days after your order ships, so reorders are easy.
• After that window, files are permanently deleted from our systems.
• You may request deletion at any time by emailing lynnbugscustomkeepsakes@yahoo.com, and we'll confirm once it's done.

Content we can't print

We reserve the right to decline any image that is unlawful, hateful, explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights.
