We want you to love your magnets.
Custom items
Because every magnet is made from your photo, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. What we can do is make it right if something goes wrong.
We'll replace, free of charge
- Magnets that arrive damaged or defective
- Printing errors on our end
- Orders lost in transit with tracking confirmation
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll reprint and reship at no cost.
Photo quality
We print what we receive. If a photo is blurry, dark or very low resolution, the magnet will reflect that. We'll always flag a photo we're worried about before printing, so keep an eye on your email after ordering.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Event orders follow the deposit terms in your quote.
